I am an internationally certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant and Founder of Sleep SOS.

I am based in Wanaka, New Zealand. However, I offer online support which means I can help you to overcome your sleep struggles no matter where you are.

Originally from Argentina, I moved to Wanaka, New Zealand in 2018.

Being over 10.000 km away from my family was definitely one of the biggest challenges I had to go through when I became a mum in 2022.

Like many other parents, I experienced the challenges that come when you are stuck in the fog of sleep deprivation. Especially because I didn’t have family nearby to rely on.

It was in those sleep-deprived moments, when I found myself questioning every life choice I had made.

Fortunately, I took the decision to do something about it and not waiting until my boy “grows out of it”. I started to investigate about infant sleep more and more and ended up signing up for a sleep consultancy certification. That decision completely transformed my life.

Let me send you out some simple and realistic sleep strategies so you can enjoy your sweet baby a little more and be the parent you want to be.

I consider sleep as just one piece of the puzzle that also involves:

  • Sleep environment

  • Sleep habits

  • Age-appropriate wake windows

  • Feeding/eating and growth

  • Developmental milestones 

  • Age-appropriate settling techniques

So there is not ‘one size fits all’ plan while working with me. I will make sure I get to know you and your family, understanding the temperament of parents and baby, helping you to set realistic sleep goals and to develop lifelong healthy sleep habits.

No matter the sleep challenges you’re dealing with, whether it’s multiple wake-ups overnight, bedtime struggles, early mornings or nap issues, we will explore the full picture to understand your child’s unique sleep patterns and needs.

How do my strategies work?

There is not magic when it comes to sleep coaching/ training, you will only need to make the commitment to be consistent, as this will be the key to improve your child’s sleep patterns.

Please communicate clearly and be honest about your expectations throughout the process and let me teach you exactly what to do and feel calm and confident while doing it.
