My journey as a sleep consultant started in January 2023. Back then, I had to go back to my full time job after 6 months of maternity leave and my little one was waking up EVERY HOUR from 7 pm to 7 am.

I tried everything to get him to sleep longer: Co-sleeping, feeding, rocking , singing… you name it, I did it, I tried them all and he would still wake up one hundred times overnight.

I was SO exhausted!! I was irritable , slow , sad … I had a miserable time!

But one afternoon a friend of mine came for a visit. She mentioned she had been going through a very similar situation with her baby and a sleep consultant helped her. She said that after three days working together, her baby’s sleep improved so much that the whole family was feeling well rested and happier.

“A sleep what? Three days? “ I needed that YESTERDAY, I needed to be able to think clearly and enjoy my family.

I was hesitant at the beginning as I didn’t know much about sleep training, but after a week working with a sleep consultant and once I had bigger stretches of sleep at night, I could finally smile and enjoy motherhood.

Then I decided I wanted to help those families who are going through similar situations to get better sleep.
